Returns & Withdrawal
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Here is how.

1. Your right to withdraw
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods; for several pieces delivered separately, on receipt of the last piece.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Limited collections and archive pieces are otherwise returnable like any other piece.
2. How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement before the period expires — by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to [to be completed]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Please include your order number. We will confirm receipt by e-mail without delay.
3. Returning the goods
Send the goods back to [to be completed] no later than 14 days after withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please do not send parcels cash on delivery.
You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop (try them on); you are liable for any diminished value resulting from other handling (e.g. wear, washing, removed tags, perfume).
4. Refund
We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used (card payments back to the card; cash on delivery to the bank account you give us), at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.
