1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made in the online shop by consumers and businesses. A consumer is a natural person who, when concluding the contract, is not acting within their trade or profession. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence always prevails over these terms.

The contract is concluded in the language you choose in the shop (English, Slovak, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese or French). We archive the concluded contract (order confirmation and these terms) and you receive it by e-mail.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Product presentations in the shop are an invitation to make an offer. You place a binding order by completing checkout and clicking “Place order with obligation to pay”. Before that you can review and correct every entry.

The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation e-mail. If a piece cannot be delivered (e.g. it sold out during a collection release), we tell you without delay and refund any payment within 14 days.

Pieces placed in your bag are reserved for 15 minutes, and for up to 30 minutes while payment is in progress. Limited collection releases are sold through a virtual waiting room; one pass is issued per browser session and places are allocated in order of arrival.

4. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT at the statutory rate (23 %). Delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown before you place the order and are listed separately in the order summary.

If a price is obviously wrong due to a technical error, we are not obliged to deliver at that price; we will contact you and you may withdraw from the order free of charge.

5. Payment

• Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout) processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers. The amount is charged when you confirm the payment.
• Cash on delivery (where offered for the chosen delivery method): you pay the carrier on delivery. A fee shown at checkout applies.

We issue a tax invoice for every order; it is available in the order detail and in your account.

6. Delivery

We dispatch within 2 business days of payment (or of the order confirmation for cash on delivery). Available carriers, prices, free-delivery thresholds and estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout and on the Shipping page.

Ownership and the risk of damage pass to you when you (or a person you designate) take over the goods from the carrier. Please check the parcel on delivery and report visible damage to the carrier.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (for several pieces delivered separately, from receipt of the last one). 8. Liability for defects and complaints

We are liable for defects the goods have when you take them over and for defects that appear within 24 months of delivery. How to make a complaint and how we handle it is described in the Complaints procedure, which forms part of these terms.

9. Customer account

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can download your data or delete your account at any time under Account; orders remain in our accounting records for the period required by law.

10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint or believe we have violated your rights, write to us at [email protected]. If we reject your request or do not reply within 30 days, you may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to an ADR entity under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. — in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another authorised entity listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. Consumers from other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

11. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Slovak law, without prejudice to the mandatory protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to it.

Codes of conduct: we do not subscribe to any specific code of conduct.
